The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 14 minutes into the match, Vingadores.F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Mathias de Souza came free, but Norberto Falcão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Clube Regatas Brasil's goal looked a bit too open when Felippe Correia came free, but Carlinhos Massa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Vingadores.F.C's Eurico do Valle got a free kick in the 21st minute. Edu Hermes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Norberto Falcão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rômulo Machado hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. If Natanael Pitta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raí Passos's late challenge caught a Vingadores.F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raí Passos helped the player get up and apologised. After 29 played minutes Clube Regatas Brasil got a freekick which was hit by Raí Passos. Felippe Correia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vingadores.F.C's Dino Quadros couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Clube Regatas Brasil. Adilson Vale kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Felippe Correia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vingadores.F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Felippe Correia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlinhos Massa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Clube Regatas Brasil's Wilton de Amaral got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 39th minute, Edu Hermes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Clube Regatas Brasil fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When Felippe Correia came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Vingadores.F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felippe Correia couldn't finish the play. If Mathias de Souza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mathias de Souza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Norberto Falcão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Vingadores.F.C's zone, Edu Hermes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Norberto Falcão came out of the goal and Edu Hermes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mathias de Souza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norberto Falcão having to interfere. Mathias de Souza scored 2-0 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Norberto Falcão, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Clube Regatas Brasil's Carlinhos Massa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felippe Correia in the 73rd minute of play. Mathias de Souza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norberto Falcão having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 80th minute of the game. One of Vingadores.F.C:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Clube Regatas Brasil:s goal. In the 85th minute, Edu Hermes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Norberto Falcão was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After a defensive mix-up in Vingadores.F.C's zone, Renato Perez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Norberto Falcão came out of the goal and Renato Perez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 91st minute Edu Hermes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norberto Falcão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mathias de Souza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Norberto Falcão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Mathias de Souza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Norberto Falcão was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. When the referee ended the match the Clube Regatas Brasil players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
