Spectators: 7263 (Terracing: 5449, Seating: 1670, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Isaltino Cavalcante started the match with the kick off. After having played for 7 minutes, Cauan Lago managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pichuri's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cauan Lago was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Cauan Lago managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pichuri's supporters rose to their feet, but Cauan Lago was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adilson França breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaltino Cavalcante in the 14th minute of play forced Pichuri's goalkeeper Doriva Godoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute Dinei de Medeiros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adilson França saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pichuri's Doriva Godoi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Pichuri from getting a goal against them. With his leg Doriva Godoi managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when XURUPITAS AFC's Paulo Renato Bastos fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Dinei de Medeiros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Adilson França tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adilson França came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Pichuri's Cauan Lago. But to his dismay, Cauan Lago quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Paulo Renato Bastos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Isaltino Cavalcante struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Doriva Godoi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for XURUPITAS AFC. Dinei de Medeiros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Adilson França tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Dinei de Medeiros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paulo Renato Bastos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Doriva Godoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isaltino Cavalcante blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Doriva Godoi having to make a save. Doriva Godoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Renato Bastos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paulo Renato Bastos scored 1-1 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Doriva Godoi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to XURUPITAS AFC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Douglas Pena hit a great ball. When Cauan Lago came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Pichuri fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cauan Lago couldn't finish the play. Dinei de Medeiros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dinei de Medeiros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Adilson França tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Glauco Viana kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Pichuri's Dinei de Medeiros got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
