ASPEN's Juan Queiroz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramón Guimarães in the 32nd minute of play. Valdomiro Moura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliu Doles in the 33rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling César Macedo in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valdomiro Moura prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 40thth minute of the game Moisés Teixeira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Irai FC's Valdomiro Moura was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 42 minutes, César Macedo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ASPEN's supporters crossed their fingers, but César Macedo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Valdomiro Moura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from César Macedo in the 45th minute of the match. After 47 minutes, Fellipe Gomes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ASPEN and the Irai FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Moisés Teixeira took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Valdomiro Moura to make any attempt to save it. Juan Queiroz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. ASPEN's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
