Spectators: 7262 (Terracing: 5448, Seating: 1670, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Luiz Eduardo Lucas started the match with the kick off. 2 minutes into the match, Canada's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Augusto Vargas came free, but João Augusto Secco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aceme's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nando Nunes in the 4th minute. The corner ended in Nando Nunes almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Canada's João Augusto Secco did a great save. If Zé Augusto Vargas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 8 played minutes Canada got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Eduardo Macedo. Caio Brodel took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Augusto Secco. João Augusto Secco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Aceme's Caio Brodel got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. João Augusto Secco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Augusto Vargas in the 13th minute of the match. When Caio Brodel came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Aceme fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Caio Brodel couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Zé Augusto Vargas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aceme's supporters rose to their feet, but Zé Augusto Vargas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. João Augusto Secco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Canada getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Murillo da Silveira hit a great ball. In the 19th minute, Caio Brodel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 20 minutes, Zé Augusto Vargas made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Canada's João Augusto Secco tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Canada getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Luiz Eduardo Macedo hit a great ball. But to his dismay, Caio Brodel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Canada's João Augusto Secco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Augusto Vargas in the 33rd minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Aceme's Caio Brodel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that João Augusto Secco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Zé Augusto Vargas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aceme's supporters rose to their feet, but Zé Augusto Vargas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The wind increased when Caio Brodel made the kick off in the second half. Gugu Coutinho kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Zé Augusto Vargas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Zé Augusto Vargas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aceme's supporters rose to their feet, but Zé Augusto Vargas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. João Augusto Secco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. João Augusto Secco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caio Brodel in the 62nd minute of the match. Aceme's Caio Brodel managed to work through Canada's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Caio Brodel dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Zé Augusto Vargas put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of João Augusto Secco. After 75 played minutes, Aceme's Gugu Coutinho shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper João Augusto Secco came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Aceme reached it. Luiz Eduardo Lucas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Manuel Rocha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Canada booed when Aceme was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo José de Castro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 82 minutes into the game, Gilvan Motta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aceme's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Canada the free kick. A collision led to Aceme getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Gilvan Motta hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute Válbson Loureiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Rocha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 86 minutes of play Aceme's Gilvan Motta was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Aceme's Gilvan Motta got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the 89th minute, Zé Augusto Vargas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 94 minutes into the match, Canada's Válbson Loureiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Manuel Rocha narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Canada fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Aceme were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
