Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Antônio Linhares kicked off to start the match. After 3 minutes, Antônio Linhares made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Catiara's Cléber Mello tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Fabiano Veiga kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 10thth minute of the game Antônio Linhares who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Catiara's Cléber Mello was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cléber Mello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antônio Linhares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Betinho Urbano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Sergipano having to interfere. Antônio Linhares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cléber Mello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco de Amorim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antônio Linhares might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cléber Mello. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antônio Linhares ran back to his position shaking his head. Betinho Urbano's late challenge caught a Ratz FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Betinho Urbano helped the player get up and apologised. In the 32nd minute, Betinho Urbano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 38 minutes into the match, Ratz FC's goalkeeper Daniel Sergipano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristóvão Guerra. Cléber Mello came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Ratz FC's Marco de Amorim. But to his dismay, Marco de Amorim quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Fabiano Veiga made the kick off in the second half. Fabiano Veiga charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fabiano Veiga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Antônio Linhares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Fabiano Veiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Laerte Simões kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Jarbas Souto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Catiara's supporters rose to their feet, but Jarbas Souto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniel Sergipano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Antônio Linhares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Antônio Linhares didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-3 via right post in the game's 74th minute. Ratz FC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Antônio Linhares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arí Fonseca hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Oséias Quintal hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. 88 minutes into the match, Catiara's goalkeeper Cléber Mello had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antônio Linhares. Cléber Mello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antônio Linhares in the 94th minute of the match.
