Samuca Cavalcante recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 15 played minutes Isafla got a freekick which was hit by Charles Cerezo. Teodoro Marinho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jeremias Melo in the 16th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Ronaldinho Sá made the kick off in the second half. Enrique Vidal's late challenge caught a Futuro Zero F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Enrique Vidal helped the player get up and apologised. In the 54th minute there was a penalty for Futuro Zero F.C. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
