Spectators: 7088 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ceresopolis AD's Daniel Arósio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Fabiano Antunes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lino Palmeira in the 9th minute. When Tiago Gabriel Nogueira came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the A. D. CONFIANÇA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tiago Gabriel Nogueira couldn't finish the play. If Roger Leme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 19 minutes of play, A. D. CONFIANÇA's Roger Leme made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Daniel Arósio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Daniel Arósio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Neves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Ceresopolis AD's Juninho Schmidt got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Tiago Gabriel Nogueira charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tiago Gabriel Nogueira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 34th minute, Tiago Gabriel Nogueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tiago Gabriel Nogueira hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roger Leme in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniel Arósio saved Ceresopolis AD from getting behind. A sloppy throw-in by Rubinho Schmidt in the 42nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by A. D. CONFIANÇA's Diguinho Paes. Daniel Arósio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roger Leme in the 43rd minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

A. D. CONFIANÇA's Raúl Mesquita was substituted for Edmundo Neves. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roger Leme made a kick off. In the 54th minute Roger Leme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Arósio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tiago Gabriel Nogueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Arósio having to interfere. André Luiz Souza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Daniel Arósio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th minute, Sidnei Neiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 60 minutes into the match, Ceresopolis AD's goal looked a bit too open when Roger Leme came free, but Daniel Arósio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute André Luiz Souza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Arósio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Lino Palmeira sped through A. D. CONFIANÇA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fabiano Antunes. During the 74th minute of the match Tiago Gabriel Nogueira completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Tiago Gabriel Nogueira a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, A. D. In the 86th minute of the match Agostinho Cruz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fabiano Antunes skillfully saved the ball. Raúl Mesquita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Daniel Arósio made a huge save. In the 90th minute Lino Palmeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabiano Antunes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Lino Palmeira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ceresopolis AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Lino Palmeira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabiano Antunes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If André Luiz Souza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ceresopolis AD succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though A. D. CONFIANÇA had controlled the match.
