The audience was convinced that Norberto Guedes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Agnaldo Bittencourt was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. In the 18th minute, Valdemar Cabral reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nilton Bertassi. The goal made the score 1-0. Sebastião Hermes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 21stth minute tested the skills of Nilton Bertassi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Agnaldo Bittencourt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mário Ortiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sebastião Hermes hit a great ball. 34 minutes into the match, z-dois fc's goal looked a bit too open when Mário Ortiz came free, but Agnaldo Bittencourt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 44 minutes, Ian Fonseca mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the z-dois fc and the Arapapa AD players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, z-dois fc's Ian Fonseca got a free kick in the 44th minute. Nilton de Senna spun around in front of the goal 46 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of z-dois fc's goal.

Ian Fonseca hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. With a little luck, z-dois fc's Agnaldo Bittencourt got control of the ball when Norberto Guedes tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 59 played minutes Arapapa AD got a freekick which was hit by Bernardinho de Lima. After 62 minutes, Nilton de Senna made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. z-dois fc's Agnaldo Bittencourt tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Norberto Guedes charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Norberto Guedes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Arapapa AD's Norberto Guedes got a free kick in the 65th minute. Agnaldo Bittencourt came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Arapapa AD's Mário Ortiz. But to his dismay, Mário Ortiz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdemar Cabral in the 73rd minute of play forced Arapapa AD's goalkeeper Nilton Bertassi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mário Ortiz struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Agnaldo Bittencourt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arapapa AD. z-dois fc's defense didn't have a chance, in the 78th minute, when Mário Ortiz scored to the left of an out of position Agnaldo Bittencourt, making the score, 1-4. After 80 played minutes z-dois fc got a freekick which was hit by Alfredão Paraibano. When Nilton de Senna in the 85th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Agnaldo Bittencourt kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-5 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. In the 88th match minute, z-dois fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldinho Moreno to maneuver through the defense. Sandrinho Oliveira was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 90th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Arapapa AD played a much better game than z-dois fc and deserved their victory. The z-dois fc players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
