In the 11th minute, Alfredão Paraibano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 11 minutes into the match, 5 de Janeiro Reload's Natã Valle broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 15 minutes into the match, Cafu Godoi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Agnaldo Bittencourt, 1-0. Cafu Godoi was extremely unlucky when he, in the 20th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Agostinho Barreto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastião Hermes, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 24th minute, Cafu Godoi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, z-dois fc's Valdemar Cabral got a free kick in the 27th minute. After a defensive mix-up in z-dois fc's zone, Dida Sousa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Agnaldo Bittencourt came out of the goal and Dida Sousa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alfredão Paraibano's late challenge caught a 5 de Janeiro Reload's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfredão Paraibano helped the player get up and apologised. Agnaldo Bittencourt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cafu Godoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as 5 de Janeiro Reload's Cafu Godoi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Agnaldo Bittencourt. That made the score 2-0 after 42 minutes of play. Frédson Torres charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Frédson Torres the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Valdemar Cabral stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Agostinho Barreto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdemar Cabral in the 51st minute of the match. Valdemar Cabral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agostinho Barreto having to interfere. After 59 played minutes 5 de Janeiro Reload got a freekick which was hit by Frédson Torres. After recieving a nice pass, 5 de Janeiro Reload's Natã Valle tried to score from far away in the 62nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Agnaldo Bittencourt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dida Sousa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 3-0 became the score in the 68th minute when Cafu Godoi elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Ian Fonseca's late challenge caught a 5 de Janeiro Reload's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ian Fonseca helped the player get up and apologised. In the 77th minute, Ian Fonseca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Agnaldo Bittencourt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cafu Godoi in the 89th minute of play. Dida Sousa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Agnaldo Bittencourt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Agostinho Barreto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdemar Cabral in the 95th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The 5 de Janeiro Reload fans cheered their team off the field, for while z-dois fc had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
