The supporters of S.E Cachoeira Alegre booed when Campeche FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Danilo Arce didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vivaldo Queiroz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Edinho Lira showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 28 minute of play. After some careless play in the S.E Cachoeira Alegre defense, Jaime Pinho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vivaldo Queiroz. The S.E Cachoeira Alegre fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vivaldo Queiroz should have stopped the shot. 38 minutes into the game, Edinho Lira recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vivaldo Queiroz. Edinho Lira showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. 42 minutes into the match, S.E Cachoeira Alegre's goalkeeper Vivaldo Queiroz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jaime Pinho. In the 45th minute, Campeche FC's Edinho Lira ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vivaldo Queiroz. Vivaldo Queiroz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-2. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When Campeche FC's Edinho Lira in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye S.E Cachoeira Alegre's goalie prevented a goal. S.E Cachoeira Alegre's Vivaldo Queiroz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Pinho in the 57th minute of play. The supporters of Campeche FC booed when S.E Cachoeira Alegre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zézinho Munhoz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 59 minutes, Iuri Alvarenga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The referee showed Almir Prado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Edinho Lira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 67th minute Cristóvão de Almeida shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vivaldo Queiroz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Zézinho Munhoz fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored S.E Cachoeira Alegre's protests and gave Zézinho Munhoz a yellow card for diving instead. After 67 played minutes S.E Cachoeira Alegre got a freekick which was hit by Zézinho Munhoz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Pinho in the 71st minute of play forced S.E Cachoeira Alegre's goalkeeper Vivaldo Queiroz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Campeche FC's Iuri Alvarenga got a free kick in the 85th minute. Haroldo Matorin made in the 89th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Elói do Valle immediately put the ball in play. Campeche FC's Iuri Alvarenga quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Luiz Eduardo Abreu, made in the 93rd minute of the game. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Campeche FC had played much better football throughout.
