The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ramón de Souza to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Us Caras FC booed when S.E Cachoeira Alegre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Haroldo Matorin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elói do Valle might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zé Paulo das Neves. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elói do Valle ran back to his position shaking his head. Haroldo Matorin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Paulo das Neves having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Zézinho Munhoz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 88 minutes into the game, Elói do Valle cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Zé Paulo das Neves was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 93 minutes of play, Us Caras FC's Ramón de Souza made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vivaldo Queiroz was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 96th minute Bernardo Sampaio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vivaldo Queiroz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Us Caras FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
