Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Mário Ortiz started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Nilton Bertassi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kléber Neto in the 10th minute of play. The supporters of Revenge booed when Arapapa AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jardel Chaves didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Revenge's Josué Amorim got control of the ball when Nilton de Senna tried to sneak it across the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Revenge's Aírton Cabral sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nilton Bertassi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kléber Neto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kléber Neto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Nilton Bertassi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nilton de Senna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Josué Amorim made a huge save. After having played for 33 minutes, Nilton de Senna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arapapa AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nilton de Senna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 43rd minute, but Josué Amorim got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Revenge hanging dry this time. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nilton de Senna got free with Josué Amorim in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kléber Neto made a kick off. Nilton Bertassi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kléber Neto in the 54th minute of the match. Otávio Machado hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Josué Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mário Ortiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. It was a well-played corner which Matías Sampaio managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 61st minute, Nilton de Senna left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Arapapa AD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Josué Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mário Ortiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 84th minute, Mário Ortiz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Josué Amorim was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Mário Ortiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Josué Amorim having to interfere. Mário Ortiz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Josué Amorim read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Josué Amorim didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mário Ortiz went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Arapapa AD walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
