Oséas Diniz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 25 minutes into the match, Ramalho's Léo Ortiz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Caio Cosme narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Caio Cosme was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but André Rezende showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Oséas Diniz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Caio Cosme made a huge save. When the match was over Ramalho could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Flamengo throughout the match.
