Jatei's Humberto Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerônimo Fernandes in the 9th minute of play. Magno Cabral who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Humberto Andrade when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jatei's Humberto Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Luiz Novaes in the 21st minute of play. In the 24th minute, Magno Cabral got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 26th minute, Guiratinga's Jerônimo Fernandes dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Humberto Andrade took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jerônimo Fernandes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Humberto Andrade stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jerônimo Fernandes's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. The supporters of Guiratinga booed when Jatei was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavinho Galvão didn't get a good kick on the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Jatei's goal looked a bit too open when Jerônimo Fernandes came free, but Humberto Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute, Guiratinga's Jerônimo Fernandes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Humberto Andrade. Humberto Andrade yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. 43 minutes into the match, Guiratinga's goal looked a bit too open when Jairo Barral came free, but Juvenal Valadares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Magno Cabral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

After 53 minutes of play, Guiratinga's Magno Cabral made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Humberto Andrade was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Guiratinga's Jerônimo Fernandes in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jatei's goalie prevented a goal. In the 60th minute Raí Catarinense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Humberto Andrade saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jatei's Humberto Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vitório Breckenfeld in the 63rd minute of play. In the 65th minute, Magno Cabral got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Guiratinga booed when Jatei was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavinho Galvão didn't get a good kick on the ball. Humberto Andrade showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerônimo Fernandes, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Magno Cabral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Flavinho Galvão hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Humberto Andrade came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Guiratinga's Jerônimo Fernandes. But to his dismay, Jerônimo Fernandes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. After a rather tough play, Jatei's Evandro Mineiro got a free kick in the 91st minute. Pedro Luiz Novaes scored 7-0 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Humberto Andrade, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the Guiratinga players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
