Spectators: 6970 (Terracing: 5200, Seating: 1670, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Léo Ortiz kicked off to start the match. When Léo Ortiz came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Ramalho fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Léo Ortiz couldn't finish the play. Bruninho Neiva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. André Rezende tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, JL Sport Clube's Gilmar Alves sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that André Rezende narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 15 minutes into the game, Roberto Mattos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ramalho's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave JL Sport Clube the free kick. In the 15th minute, Roberto Mattos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the game's 16th minute JL Sport Clube's Kléberson Guerra took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of André Rezende and thus the score was 0-1. Gilmar Alves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oséas Diniz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sidnei Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Léo Ortiz in the 21st minute of the match. When Oséas Diniz came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Ramalho fans jumped to their feet. Sidnei Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Léo Ortiz in the 28th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Léo Ortiz took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Sidnei Santos to make any attempt to save it. Ramalho's André Rezende played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel da Fonseca in the 39th minute of play. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Ramalho's goalkeeper André Rezende, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. André Rezende took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilmar Alves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in JL Sport Clube's zone, Léo Ortiz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sidnei Santos came out of the goal and Léo Ortiz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Dráuzio Dante in the 52nd minute of play forced Ramalho's goalkeeper André Rezende to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 53 played minutes Ramalho got a freekick which was hit by Ademar Ramos. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bruninho Neiva got free with André Rezende in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 57 minutes, Oséas Diniz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ramalho's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oséas Diniz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gilmar Alves blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without André Rezende having to make a save. Ramalho's André Rezende played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilmar Alves in the 70th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ramalho's Hudson Prata got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 74th minute, Bruninho Neiva got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Bruninho Neiva could shoot a difficult shot in the 79th minute, which André Rezende however easily saved by the left post. Hudson Prata struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Sidnei Santos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ramalho. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bruninho Neiva got free with André Rezende in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the JL Sport Clube defense, Léo Ortiz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sidnei Santos. The JL Sport Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sidnei Santos should have stopped the shot. Sidnei Santos came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Ramalho's Oséas Diniz. But to his dismay, Oséas Diniz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the JL Sport Clube players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ramalho.
