Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Léo Ortiz kicked off to start the match. 8 minutes into the match, Roberto Mattos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paulão Cordeiro. Caraquinha FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roberto Mattos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Ramalho's zone, Mateus Mota stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. André Rezende came out of the goal and Mateus Mota tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 15th minute of the match Afonso de Sena shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but André Rezende showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Caraquinha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Oséas Diniz came free, but Paulão Cordeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulão Cordeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Léo Ortiz in the 18th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Kaká Maia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 28 minutes into the game, Léo Ortiz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Paulão Cordeiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 39th minute, Oséas Diniz made a precise shot to the right of Paulão Cordeiro. Caraquinha FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. André Rezende took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdir Maranhense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Caraquinha FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ramalho were winning 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valdir Maranhense was the one to do the kick off. André Rezende showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mateus Mota, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Thanks to some nice moves Oséas Diniz could shoot a difficult shot in the 61st minute, which Paulão Cordeiro however easily saved by the left post. Oséas Diniz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. André Rezende showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateus Mota in the 67th minute of the match. After having played for 69 minutes, Valdir Maranhense managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caraquinha FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valdir Maranhense was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 74th minute, Léo Ortiz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Oséas Diniz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Caraquinha FC's Mateus Mota got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 85th minute, Mateus Mota got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 87th minute, Ramalho's Zé Augusto Netto seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Zé Augusto Netto the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Ramalho protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Zé Augusto Netto had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 86th minute, one of Ramalho:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ramalho. In the 90th minute there was a penalty for Caraquinha FC. Jorge Silva stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving André Rezende. 2-3. Oséas Diniz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulão Cordeiro having to interfere. The Caraquinha FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Ramalho's performance. The match ended with a win for Ramalho.
