Marcinho Moraes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Codruț Oblemenco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute, Alfredo Albuquerque sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Feijo's Nunez Chuse didn't even have to move. Astroworld's Marcinho Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Codruț Oblemenco in the 26th minute of play. Adam Roşu charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adam Roşu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Astroworld booed when Feijo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adam Roşu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Codruț Oblemenco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcinho Moraes was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Aírton Silveira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Nunez Chuse made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edson Almeida in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nunez Chuse prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 63 played minutes Astroworld got a freekick which was hit by Tiago de Queiroz. A hard shot 66 in the game by Codruț Oblemenco from a close distance when the talented Marcinho Moraes managed to make a qualified save. Astroworld's players were relieved. If Adam Roşu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Astroworld's Frédson Diniz got a free kick in the 69th minute. 72 minutes into the match, Feijo's goal looked a bit too open when Aírton Silveira came free, but Nunez Chuse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Codruț Oblemenco got free with Marcinho Moraes in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match was over Feijo could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Astroworld throughout the match.
