The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Fernando Linhares made the kick off in the second half. Lucas Soares was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cipriano de Almeida showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 91 minute of play. Dito de Amaral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Linhares in the 95th minute of the match. When the match was over Queimabota FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Palmeiras throughout the match.
