Alfredo Neiva might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lucas Soares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alfredo Neiva ran back to his position shaking his head. 86 minutes into the match, Palmeiras's goalkeeper Lucas Soares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sidnei do Vale.
