If César Trancoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kléberson Moreno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduardo Pitta in the 37th minute of play. After 38 played minutes Apiahy SS got a freekick which was hit by César Trancoso. After a defensive mix-up in Semija Omurokay F.C.'s zone, Claudinei Silva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kléberson Moreno came out of the goal and Claudinei Silva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. João Vítor Gonçalves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Kléberson Moreno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The audience was convinced that João Vítor Gonçalves's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kléberson Moreno was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Eduardo Pitta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Kléberson Moreno made a huge save. Kléberson Moreno was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but João Vítor Gonçalves showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 87 minute of play. Gino Paulista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Semija Omurokay F.C. fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Apiahy SS were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
