Spectators: 7227 (Terracing: 5422, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Giovani Ramos took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Omega's goalkeeper Zé Moreira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pedro Paulo Hermes. Maurinho Cerezo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Filipe Proença didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Giovani Ramos went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Labrador's Filipe Proença played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurinho Cerezo in the 12th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Maurinho Cerezo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Omega fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Pedro Paulo Hermes struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Zé Moreira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Labrador. 16 minutes in the game, Paulo Vale dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Paulo Vale might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zé Moreira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paulo Vale ran back to his position shaking his head. Maurinho Cerezo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maurinho Cerezo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filipe Proença having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Lenílson Araújo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Labrador's Filipe Proença played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giovani Ramos in the 27th minute of play. The corner ended in Benê Duarte almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Labrador's Filipe Proença did a great save. Giovani Ramos struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. In the 36th minute Paulo Vale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Moreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Sá hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the match, Labrador's Pedro Paulo Hermes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zé Moreira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Zé Moreira made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Pedro Paulo Hermes sent off a good shot on target. In the 44th minute, Paulo Vale reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zé Moreira. The goal made the score 1-2. When Carlos Fernando Dias fell near the penalty area in the 49th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Omega's protests and gave Carlos Fernando Dias a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Labrador booed when Omega was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 49 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Fernando Dias didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Zé Moreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Paulo Hermes in the 56th minute of the match. Maurinho Cerezo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Filipe Proença made a huge save. In the 64th minute, Giovani Ramos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69thth minute of the game Ramiro Simão who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Omega's Zé Moreira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Giovani Ramos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Sá kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Filipe Proença. That made the score 1-3 in the 74 minute of play. Filipe Proença made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Maurinho Cerezo sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Ramiro Simão managed to get in a good position for a shot. Labrador's supporters rose to their feet, but Ramiro Simão was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zé Moreira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Paulo Vale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Zé Moreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 88 minutes into the match, Labrador's goal looked a bit too open when Giovani Ramos came free, but Filipe Proença reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute, Paulo Vale ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zé Moreira was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Paulo Vale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 100th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Omega supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Omega would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
