Spectators: 7248 (Terracing: 5437, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Giovani Ramos kicked off to start the match. Renato Negri who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 9thth minute tested the skills of Zé Moreira when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 11th minute of the match, Renato Negri got a very nice opportunity to score, but Zé Moreira was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a rather tough play, Omega's Carlos Fernando Dias got a free kick in the 12th minute. Gustavo Hoffmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Zé Moreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 19 played minutes Balco got a freekick which was hit by Toninho Rosa. After taking down the ball on Balco's corner Karl Marx fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Zé Moreira quite easily take care of the ball. Chico Schmidt charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Chico Schmidt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Gustavo Hoffmann put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Zé Moreira. After 40 played minutes Balco got a freekick which was hit by Renato Negri. Renato Negri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gustavo Hoffmann to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Giovani Ramos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 54 minutes into the match, Omega's goal looked a bit too open when Gustavo Hoffmann came free, but Zé Moreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Balco's Gustavo Hoffmann sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zé Moreira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Zé Moreira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Chico Schmidt went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. When Renato Negri came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Balco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Renato Negri couldn't finish the play. Carlos Fernando Dias's late challenge caught a Balco's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carlos Fernando Dias helped the player get up and apologised. Carlos Fernando Dias kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the match, Omega's goal looked a bit too open when Renato Negri came free, but Zé Moreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 72 minutes into the game, Balco's Renato Negri nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zé Moreira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gustavo Hoffmann in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zé Moreira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 81 minutes into the match, Omega's goal looked a bit too open when Renato Negri came free, but Zé Moreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Renato Negri's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zé Moreira was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. After having played for 89 minutes, Renato Negri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Balco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Renato Negri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Chico Schmidt was shown his second yellow card after 92 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Balco's Chico Schmidt got a free kick in the 93rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Giovani Ramos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Omega's supporters rose to their feet, but Giovani Ramos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Friedrich Nietzsche breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Balco's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
