In the 17th minute, Ulysses Zonta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Silas Schmidt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Clube Rua N's zone, Ulysses Zonta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luís Gustavo Valadares came out of the goal and Ulysses Zonta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 22nd minute, Cléber Sampaio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind SAJianos FC's goalkeeper Pedro das Neves, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Horácio Mendonça managed to get in a good position for a shot. Clube Rua N's supporters rose to their feet, but Horácio Mendonça was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro das Neves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wilton Vander kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, SAJianos FC's goalkeeper Pedro das Neves had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Horácio Mendonça. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silas Schmidt in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luís Gustavo Valadares saved Clube Rua N from getting behind. Wilton Vander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SAJianos FC's Pedro das Neves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save SAJianos FC from getting a goal against them.

The wind increased when Silas Schmidt made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Clube Rua N booed when SAJianos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilson Macedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ulysses Zonta got free with Luís Gustavo Valadares in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Silas Schmidt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Gustavo Valadares having to interfere. In the 70th minute, Ulysses Zonta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SAJianos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Silas Schmidt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Gustavo Valadares having to interfere. Luís Gustavo Valadares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulysses Zonta in the 80th minute of the match. Pedro das Neves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horácio Mendonça, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. 87 minutes into the match, SAJianos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Wilton Vander came free, but Pedro das Neves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro das Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilton Vander in the 92nd minute of play. Alan Fontes kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched SAJianos FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
