The supporters of Napas FC booed when Chiniqua was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Renan Vidal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Napas FC's Erivaldo Pombal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Napas FC from getting a goal against them. Napas FC's Erivaldo Pombal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by André de Queiroz in the 26th minute of play. In the 34th minute, Tiago Vieira reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Erivaldo Pombal. The goal made the score 1-0. Arí Melo might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Diego Camargo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arí Melo ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artur Pirani in the 43rd minute of play forced Napas FC's goalkeeper Erivaldo Pombal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 44 minutes into the match, Artur Pirani had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erivaldo Pombal. Napas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Artur Pirani was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Napas FC's Erivaldo Pombal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Napas FC from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Tiago Vieira made the kick off in the second half. Antônio Teixeira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Camargo having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arí Melo got free with Diego Camargo in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arí Melo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Diego Camargo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 77 played minutes, Chiniqua's Matheus Leite shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Erivaldo Pombal came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chiniqua reached it. Antônio Teixeira struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Diego Camargo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Napas FC. Erivaldo Pombal came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Chiniqua's Tiago Vieira. But to his dismay, Tiago Vieira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After having played for 90 minutes, Antônio Teixeira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Napas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antônio Teixeira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Adalberto Pena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chiniqua's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
