Leopoldo Lira kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Telmo Gerber made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Anísio Prata sent off a good shot on target. 19 minutes into the match, Murillo Salgado notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Barcelona FC's Carlos Eduardo Koehler. Carlos Eduardo Koehler was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 22nd match minute, SOLANO STAR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Alcântara to maneuver through the defense. Alan Gonçalves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Telmo Gerber tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to SOLANO STAR getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Fábio Amaral hit a great ball. After 37 minutes, Gonçalo Loureiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SOLANO STAR and the Barcelona FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 37th minute, Gonçalo Loureiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alan Gonçalves in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Telmo Gerber saved SOLANO STAR from getting behind. Telmo Gerber stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alan Gonçalves's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. SOLANO STAR's Murillo Salgado got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Murillo Salgado in the 47th minute of play forced Barcelona FC's goalkeeper Carlos Eduardo Koehler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gonçalo Loureiro made a kick off. Anísio Prata recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Antônio Rosado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Gonçalo Loureiro came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the SOLANO STAR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gonçalo Loureiro couldn't finish the play. 62 minutes into the match, Alan Gonçalves notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of SOLANO STAR's Telmo Gerber. Telmo Gerber was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Barcelona FC's Anísio Prata got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alan Gonçalves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Telmo Gerber having to interfere. Anísio Prata received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Telmo Gerber tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silvério Vidal kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. If Alan Gonçalves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. After having played for 85 minutes, Anísio Prata managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barcelona FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anísio Prata was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alan Gonçalves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 90 minutes into the match, SOLANO STAR's goal looked a bit too open when Alan Gonçalves came free, but Telmo Gerber reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Barcelona FC had played much better football throughout.
