Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Bernardinho Neto made the kick off which started today's match. 5 minutes into the game, Toninho Marquez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lombas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 3 Setembro EC the free kick. Toninho Marquez kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Danilo Leite struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Ezequiel de Andrade didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 3 Setembro EC. Benjamin Pitta's late challenge caught a 3 Setembro EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benjamin Pitta helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Lombas FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Benjamin Pitta hit a great ball. Angelo Siqueira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diogo do Nascimento in the 11th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Bernardinho Neto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ezequiel de Andrade was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Danilo Leite fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezequiel de Andrade having to interfere. Danilo Leite received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Ezequiel de Andrade tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 17 played minutes Lombas FC got a freekick which was hit by Roger Dracena. Lombas FC's Ezequiel de Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardinho Neto in the 20th minute of play. Danilo Leite fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezequiel de Andrade having to interfere. After having played for 29 minutes, Bernardinho Neto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 3 Setembro EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernardinho Neto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Danilo Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute, Rubinho Vergílio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Bernardinho Neto came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the 3 Setembro EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardinho Neto couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roger Dracena during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of 3 Setembro EC booed when Lombas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roger Dracena didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rubinho Vergílio missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 43 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Ezequiel de Andrade right hand side. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Diogo do Nascimento made the kick off in the second half. Kaká Marquez took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Angelo Siqueira. 3 Setembro EC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Rodriguinho Alcântara hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Hudson Coutinho struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Ezequiel de Andrade didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 3 Setembro EC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardinho Neto in the 57th minute of play forced Lombas FC's goalkeeper Ezequiel de Andrade to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Danilo Leite who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 60thth minute tested the skills of Ezequiel de Andrade when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardinho Neto in the 63rd minute of play forced Lombas FC's goalkeeper Ezequiel de Andrade to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luizão Lara's late challenge caught a Lombas FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After 66 played minutes, Lombas FC's João Adolfo Fantini shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Angelo Siqueira came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lombas FC reached it. 72 minutes into the match, 3 Setembro EC's goal looked a bit too open when Diogo do Nascimento came free, but Angelo Siqueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Lombas FC's Ezequiel de Andrade got control of the ball when Danilo Leite tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ezequiel de Andrade made an important save on a dangerous shot by Danilo Leite in the 75th minute. Bernardinho Neto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Lombas FC booed when 3 Setembro EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardinho Neto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bernardinho Neto in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ezequiel de Andrade prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Lombas FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Toninho Marquez hit a great ball. Ezequiel de Andrade made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Danilo Leite sent off a good shot on target. The Lombas FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. 3 Setembro EC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
