Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Valdo Prestes got the match started through his kick off. Valdo Prestes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 3rdth minute tested the skills of Dorian Mattos when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 5 played minutes Baixinho got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Hoffmann. Osvaldinho Linhares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 13th minute Osvaldinho Linhares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorian Mattos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Putiri booed when Baixinho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Hoffmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Osvaldinho Linhares kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dorian Mattos. That made the score 1-0 in the 16 minute of play. After 21 played minutes Osvaldinho Linhares rounded Baixinho's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. In the 23rd match minute, Putiri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabiano Gomes to maneuver through the defense. 28 minutes into the game, Valdo Prestes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Putiri's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Baixinho the free kick. In the 28th minute, Valdo Prestes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 29 played minutes Putiri got a freekick which was hit by Valdo Prestes. 31 minutes into the game, Moisés Mello was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Putiri's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Baixinho the free kick. In the 31st minute, Moisés Mello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dorian Mattos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldinho Linhares, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldinho Linhares in the 37th minute of play forced Baixinho's goalkeeper Dorian Mattos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Baixinho's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldinho Linhares came free, but Dorian Mattos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Baixinho getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Arthur Paraense hit a great ball. Afonsinho Paraense charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Afonsinho Paraense the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Baixinho booed when Putiri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Afonsinho Paraense didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alberto Vidal was the one to do the kick off. Osvaldinho Linhares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Dorian Mattos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, Baixinho's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldinho Linhares came free, but Dorian Mattos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valdo Prestes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dorian Mattos having to make a save. In the 61st minute, Osvaldinho Linhares ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dorian Mattos was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valdo Prestes in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dorian Mattos saved Baixinho from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Valdo Prestes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dorian Mattos was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Alberto Vidal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dorian Mattos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldinho Linhares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baixinho's Dorian Mattos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdo Prestes in the 74th minute of play. Osvaldinho Linhares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristian Hoffmann hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. 85 minutes into the match, Putiri's Osvaldinho Linhares sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dorian Mattos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dorian Mattos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldinho Linhares in the 89th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Baixinho's zone, Valdo Prestes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dorian Mattos came out of the goal and Valdo Prestes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Valdo Prestes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Putiri fully deserved thier win.
