In the 20th minute, Dedê Dantas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Error 504 FC's Percival Lucas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Error 504 FC from getting a goal against them. Baltazar Cabral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rogério Leão struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Diamantino Braga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Error 504 FC. Wellington Matos kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Real Imirim EC's Diamantino Braga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marquinhos Viana in the 35th minute of play. Marquinhos Viana might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Diamantino Braga. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marquinhos Viana ran back to his position shaking his head. Percival Lucas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dedê Dantas in the 44th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dedê Dantas got free with Percival Lucas in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

53 minutes into the game, Marquinhos Viana cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Diamantino Braga was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fernandão França hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After 58 played minutes Raimundo Mineiro scored with a long sweeping shot just to the left of Diamantino Braga who was too lazy, 1-2. Percival Lucas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dedê Dantas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Diamantino Braga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 67 minutes into the game, Dedê Dantas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Percival Lucas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marquinhos Viana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Diamantino Braga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77thth minute of the game Dedê Dantas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Error 504 FC's Percival Lucas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Error 504 FC defense, Dedê Dantas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Percival Lucas. The Error 504 FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Percival Lucas should have stopped the shot. After 85 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Error 504 FC! Mauro Jacinto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Percival Lucas having to interfere. Percival Lucas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dedê Dantas's shot from short distance in the 97th minute. Mauro Jacinto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Percival Lucas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that Real Imirim EC were the better team. Real Imirim EC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
