Adilson de Senna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marquinhos Viana in the 21st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Error 504 FC's zone, Acácio Neiva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Percival Lucas came out of the goal and Acácio Neiva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ademir Toledo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Percival Lucas having to interfere. In the 31st match minute, Tricolor do Morumba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrézinho Bertassi to maneuver through the defense. Ademir Toledo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Percival Lucas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Adilson de Senna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marquinhos Viana in the 39th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Tricolor do Morumba's Ademir Toledo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Percival Lucas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Ademir Toledo in the 52nd minute of play forced Error 504 FC's goalkeeper Percival Lucas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute, Wesley Pinheiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 60 minutes into the game, Baltazar Cabral cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Adilson de Senna was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Adilson de Senna made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Baltazar Cabral sent off a good shot on target. Adilson de Senna was out of position in the 69 minute of play, and Marquinhos Viana capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marquinhos Viana really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Adilson de Senna made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Baltazar Cabral sent off a good shot on target. Percival Lucas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ademir Toledo's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. After 90 played minutes Tricolor do Morumba got a freekick which was hit by Wesley Pinheiro. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baltazar Cabral got free with Adilson de Senna in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Baltazar Cabral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
