William Zonta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Jangada booed when CA Juventus - FDFDF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raúl de Moraes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mateus Prestes took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for William Zonta. CA Juventus - FDFDF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Claudinho Donato stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marquinhos Sena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 63rd minute, Claudinho Donato made a precise shot to the right of William Zonta. CA Juventus - FDFDF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 68th minute Raúl de Moraes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geovanni Leão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, CA Juventus - FDFDF's goalkeeper William Zonta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marquinhos Sena. Claudinho Donato might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over William Zonta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Claudinho Donato ran back to his position shaking his head. Claudinho Donato's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but William Zonta read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Jangada's zone, Elano Cerezo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Geovanni Leão came out of the goal and Elano Cerezo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Elano Cerezo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. CA Juventus - FDFDF fully deserved thier win.
