A very good chance. In the 11th minute Valdir Rezende shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulão Favoretto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valdir Rezende received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Paulão Favoretto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulão Favoretto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maurinho Xavier in the 14th minute of play. Clóvis Peres kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Eleven Stars Team's Rodolfo Catarinense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roger Aguiar in the 18th minute of play. After 21 played minutes DIABLOS RS F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Murillo Tinoco. After a rather tough play, Eleven Stars Team's Wesley Vinhas got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Anderson Salgado succeeded in the game's 24th minute to get real power on a long shot . Eleven Stars Team's Rodolfo Catarinense hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 1-1! Paulão Favoretto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdir Rezende, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Paulão Favoretto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norberto Pernambucano in the 51st minute of the match. Cícero Dracena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Rodolfo Catarinense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 58 played minutes Eleven Stars Team got a freekick which was hit by Célio Salgado. When Maurinho Xavier came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Eleven Stars Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maurinho Xavier couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Eleven Stars Team booed when DIABLOS RS F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clóvis Peres didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Maurinho Xavier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. DIABLOS RS F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 70th minute, when Norberto Pernambucano scored to the left of an out of position Paulão Favoretto, making the score, 1-2. Maurinho Xavier might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paulão Favoretto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maurinho Xavier ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in DIABLOS RS F.C.'s zone, Valdir Rezende stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulão Favoretto came out of the goal and Valdir Rezende tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paulão Favoretto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurinho Xavier, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Roger Aguiar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rodolfo Catarinense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cícero Dracena in the 87th minute of the match.
