The America PE fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amílton Dracena should have stopped the shot. Valdir Rezende charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valdir Rezende the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Eleven Stars Team getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Valdir Rezende hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enrique Xavier got free with Rodolfo Catarinense in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of America PE booed when Eleven Stars Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norberto Pernambucano didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Enrique Xavier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enrique Xavier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Antônio Carlos Passos struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Rodolfo Catarinense didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for America PE. Amílton Dracena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdir Rezende, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Eleven Stars Team's Rodolfo Catarinense proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Eleven Stars Team from getting a goal against them. Amílton Dracena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kiko Messias, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Amílton Dracena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maurinho Xavier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 31 minutes into the game, Eleven Stars Team's Valdir Rezende nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amílton Dracena made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. With a little luck, Eleven Stars Team's Rodolfo Catarinense got control of the ball when Enrique Xavier tried to sneak it across the goal line. Enrique Xavier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Rodolfo Catarinense made a huge save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Enrique Xavier to strike the kick off in the second half. Antônio Carlos Passos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Rodolfo Catarinense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Enrique Xavier came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the America PE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enrique Xavier couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Eleven Stars Team's Norberto Pernambucano got a free kick in the 64th minute. 64 minutes into the match, Eleven Stars Team's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Xavier came free, but Rodolfo Catarinense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodolfo Catarinense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Xavier in the 66th minute of the match. In the 69thth minute of the game Enrique Xavier who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Eleven Stars Team's Rodolfo Catarinense was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 94th minute, Enrique Xavier made a precise shot to the right of Rodolfo Catarinense. Eleven Stars Team's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. The Eleven Stars Team players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented America PE from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
