With his leg Dieguinho de Toledo managed to avoid a goal in the 7thth minute, when Phantasma FC's Eugênio Peixoto fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Phantasma FC's Olívio Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cauan França in the 8th minute of play. Eugênio Peixoto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dieguinho de Toledo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eugênio Peixoto's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Nilson Barbosa took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Dieguinho de Toledo to make any attempt to save it. 25 minutes into the match, Eugênio Peixoto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dieguinho de Toledo. Virasoro fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eugênio Peixoto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Acácio da Cunha in the 28th minute of play forced Phantasma FC's goalkeeper Olívio Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thomás Aparecido kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Gino de Queiroz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Dieguinho de Toledo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The attack was good, but when Eugênio Peixoto in the 39th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. The audience was convinced that Eugênio Peixoto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dieguinho de Toledo was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eugênio Peixoto to make the kick off. Túlio das Neves kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Phantasma FC's Ian Vianna managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Dino Batista in the 55 minute of the game. If Eugênio Peixoto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Eugênio Peixoto came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Phantasma FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eugênio Peixoto couldn't finish the play. Dieguinho de Toledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nilson Barbosa in the 66th minute of play. Eugênio Peixoto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dieguinho de Toledo having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Virasoro fc's Thomás Aparecido got a free kick in the 70th minute. Phantasma FC's Eugênio Peixoto got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eugênio Peixoto in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dieguinho de Toledo saved Virasoro fc from getting behind. Luís Gustavo Monteiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dieguinho de Toledo having to interfere. If Eugênio Peixoto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th minute, Agnaldo Quirino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olívio Amaral was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. In the 85th minute, Eugênio Peixoto made a precise shot to the right of Dieguinho de Toledo. Virasoro fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. After 90 minutes, Eugênio Peixoto made it 6-1 with a short kick to the right side. Virasoro fc's Dieguinho de Toledo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the Phantasma FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
