Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Artaç Yatuk made the kick off which started today's match. Liberato EC's Nelsinho Macedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Unax Casabo in the 6th minute of play. Artaç Yatuk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nelsinho Macedo having to interfere. Nelsinho Macedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Unax Casabo, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Liberato EC's Nelsinho Macedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artaç Yatuk in the 12th minute of play. If Artaç Yatuk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Willian Salgado kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Unax Casabo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Nelsinho Macedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Liberato EC's goal looked a bit too open when Artaç Yatuk came free, but Nelsinho Macedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nelsinho Macedo came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Pinheiro FC's Unax Casabo. But to his dismay, Unax Casabo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Artaç Yatuk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nelsinho Macedo having to interfere. Sidney Lira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nando Nunes in the 31st minute. Willian Salgado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nelsinho Macedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artaç Yatuk, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Nelsinho Macedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artaç Yatuk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 41 minutes into the game, one of Pinheiro FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Sidney Lira, was totally fooled by Liberato EC's Alex Queiroz, who 44 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. An unexpected shot in the 47th minute by Cristian Lara got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After the first half Pinheiro FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Giovani Costa to strike the kick off in the second half. When Jonas Antunes fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Liberato EC's protests and gave Jonas Antunes a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Liberato EC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 52nd minute. Penalty! In the 54th minute there was a penalty for Pinheiro FC. Silvinho Ortiz stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Nelsinho Macedo. 1-3. Giovani Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. If Artaç Yatuk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Liberato EC's zone, Marcelo Maia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nelsinho Macedo came out of the goal and Marcelo Maia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With an all-out effort, Pinheiro FC's Nelsinho Macedo threw himself towards the right post 62 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Caco de Senna, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Artaç Yatuk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pinheiro FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Artaç Yatuk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nelsinho Macedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sidney Lira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giovani Costa in the 65th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Pinheiro FC defense, Willian Salgado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sidney Lira. The Pinheiro FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sidney Lira should have stopped the shot. In the 77th play minute Artaç Yatuk came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Nelsinho Macedo. 2-4. In the 90th match minute, Liberato EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willian Salgado to maneuver through the defense. Sidney Lira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giovani Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nelsinho Macedo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Artaç Yatuk in the 94th minute.
