Erik Gaúcho yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Tiago Gabriel Barretos short, quick shot in the 11thth minute got Erik Gaúcho to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 11th match minute, Itambacury FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Fernandes to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes into the game, Cauã Borges cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Erik Gaúcho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 16th minute Tiago Gabriel Barreto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Gaúcho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to LEMORES FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Cauã Borges hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Vladimir Leal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Armandinho Alvarenga was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Dário Castro helped the player get up and apologised. Dário Castro kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Itambacury FC's goalkeeper Erik Gaúcho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tiago Gabriel Barreto. Alex Fernandes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 41 minutes into the match, Itambacury FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cauã Borges came free, but Erik Gaúcho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erik Gaúcho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cauã Borges in the 45th minute of the match. Alex Fernandes kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vladimir Leal to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51stth minute of the game Dário Castro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Itambacury FC's Erik Gaúcho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Caio Bezerra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Armandinho Alvarenga made a huge save. Erik Gaúcho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiago Gabriel Barreto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. During the 67th minute of the match Alex Fernandes completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Alex Fernandes a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Tiago Gabriel Barreto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Erik Gaúcho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Vladimir Leal fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Itambacury FC's protests and gave Vladimir Leal a yellow card for diving instead. After a defensive mix-up in Itambacury FC's zone, Tiago Gabriel Barreto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erik Gaúcho came out of the goal and Tiago Gabriel Barreto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Itambacury FC's goalkeeper Erik Gaúcho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Tiago Gabriel Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cauã Borges recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. LEMORES FC had won after a very even match.
