After a rather tough play, FlaCandango's Dadá Alves got a free kick in the 6th minute. 7 minutes into the match, Mega Hertz FS's Jairo Pimenta broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. César Torres charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed César Torres the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 10th match minute, Mega Hertz FS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by César Torres to maneuver through the defense. In the 11th minute Michel Campidelis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilton Félix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nilton Félix came out of the goal and Michel Campidelis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 40 minutes, Elano Miranda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mega Hertz FS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elano Miranda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FlaCandango's Armandinho Correia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save FlaCandango from getting a goal against them. Armandinho Correia stood somewhat misplaced when Hudson Barral came free in front of goal and shot 1-2 to the left of him in the 48 minute. The Mega Hertz FS players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FlaCandango were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hudson Barral stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Armandinho Correia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hudson Barral, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. With a little luck, Mega Hertz FS's Nilton Félix got control of the ball when Michel Campidelis tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 67 minutes, Hudson Barral made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. FlaCandango's Armandinho Correia tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Nilton Félix made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Michel Campidelis sent off a good shot on target. 80 minutes into the match, Dito Carvalho dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nilton Félix, 2-3. Nilton Félix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dito Carvalho in the 84th minute of play. Armandinho Correia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hudson Barral, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 88th minute, FlaCandango's Váldson Guedes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nilton Félix. Nilton Félix yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-4. Michel Campidelis was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 90th minute. FlaCandango's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dito Carvalho in the 91st minute of play forced Mega Hertz FS's goalkeeper Nilton Félix to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute, Ricardinho Ortiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. César Torres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The FlaCandango players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
