With his leg Josué Pitta managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when Lobos Guara FC's Samuel Magalhães fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Delfim Paranaense recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remo Martins in the 41st minute of play forced Lobos Guara FC's goalkeeper Genílson de Castro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lobos Guara FC's Samuel Magalhães got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Doriva de Sena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Genílson de Castro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yuri Leão went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 73rd match minute, Ilaby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Franklin da Fonseca to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Ilaby's zone, Delfim Paranaense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Josué Pitta came out of the goal and Delfim Paranaense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Carlinhos Pereira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Delfim Paranaense struck a weak shot in the 80th minute.
