The audience thought a goal was coming when Jeremias Quirino got free with Carlos Fernando Porto in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aloísio de Souza took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 10th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Göktürk Sayamon. FullForward's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Aílton Nóbrega had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Rafael Anderson Wagner FC's Aílton Nóbrega in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FullForward's goalie prevented a goal. Aílton Nóbrega fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Göktürk Sayamon having to interfere. 19 minutes into the game, Delfim Prado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rafael Anderson Wagner FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FullForward the free kick. After a rather tough play, Rafael Anderson Wagner FC's Delfim Prado got a free kick in the 19th minute. If Toninho Cruz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aílton Nóbrega's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Göktürk Sayamon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. The FullForward fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when FullForward's Toninho Cruz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Afonsinho Arce kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. FullForward's Göktürk Sayamon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aílton Nóbrega in the 28th minute of play. Carlos Fernando Porto came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by FullForward's Jeremias Quirino. But to his dismay, Jeremias Quirino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. If Aílton Nóbrega had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeremias Quirino in the 58th minute of play forced Rafael Anderson Wagner FC's goalkeeper Carlos Fernando Porto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Jeremias Quirino notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Rafael Anderson Wagner FC's Carlos Fernando Porto. Carlos Fernando Porto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 70 minutes of play Rafael Anderson Wagner FC's Delfim Prado was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Rafael Anderson Wagner FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Delfim Prado hit a great ball. After 72 minutes of play, FullForward's Toninho Cruz made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carlos Fernando Porto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thiago Andrade kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FullForward's Thiago Andrade got a free kick in the 78th minute. After having played for 81 minutes, Jeremias Quirino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FullForward's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jeremias Quirino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 84th minute, Wilton de Queirós got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Toninho Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Fernando Porto having to interfere. In the 91st minute Jeremias Quirino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Fernando Porto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeremias Quirino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carlos Fernando Porto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toninho Cruz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FullForward had won after a very even match.
