After a rather tough play, ForFun's Eliézer Teixeira got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 17th minute, Matutina's Natanael de Sousa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Geovanni Pimenta. Geovanni Pimenta yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 21st minute, Dinei das Neves made a precise shot to the right of Geovanni Pimenta. ForFun's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 28 minutes into the match, Natanael de Sousa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Geovanni Pimenta, 3-0. In the 37th minute, Luís Eduardo Seco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute, Dinei das Neves ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Geovanni Pimenta was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emerson Aparecido made a kick off. In the 54th match minute, ForFun was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aloísio Netto to maneuver through the defense. Felipe Batista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Pedro Luiz Lopez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emerson Aparecido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Geovanni Pimenta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Natanael de Sousa's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Pedro Luiz Lopez was a little too slow when Emerson Aparecido got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 6-1. The Matutina fans' excitement grew in the 96th match minute when Matutina's Natanael de Sousa looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Matutina's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
