Spectators: 7193 (Terracing: 5429, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 100) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Téo Travassos got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Lhoraca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Naldo Miranda to maneuver through the defense. Téo Travassos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andrézinho Dracena having to make a save. Luís Paulo Ferreira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ian Linares, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Lhoraca's Luís Paulo Ferreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raphael Proença in the 26th minute of play. After recieving a nice pass, SKINAS M.V.'s José Vítor de Brito tried to score from far away in the 29th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ian Linares in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luís Paulo Ferreira saved Lhoraca from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Téo Travassos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andrézinho Dracena was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. If Téo Travassos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Lhoraca booed when SKINAS M.V. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodriguinho Paranaense didn't get a good kick on the ball. Téo Travassos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SKINAS M.V.'s Andrézinho Dracena proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save SKINAS M.V. from getting a goal against them. Andrézinho Dracena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Naldo Miranda in the 45th minute of play. In the 47th minute, Diguinho Valadares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Raphael Proença to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ian Linares got free with Luís Paulo Ferreira in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lhoraca's Naldo Miranda got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Téo Travassos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Lhoraca's Téo Travassos in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SKINAS M.V.'s goalie prevented a goal. In the 74thth minute of the game Téo Travassos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SKINAS M.V.'s Andrézinho Dracena was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in SKINAS M.V.'s zone, Téo Travassos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andrézinho Dracena came out of the goal and Téo Travassos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lhoraca's Naldo Miranda got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 94 minutes into the match, Lhoraca's Téo Travassos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Andrézinho Dracena narrowly saved just below the crossbar. There was no doubt that Lhoraca were the better team. Lhoraca's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
