Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Raphael Proença started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 6th match minute, SKINAS M.V. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frédson Abreu to maneuver through the defense. If Thiago Trancoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thiago Trancoso in the 11th minute of play forced SKINAS M.V.'s goalkeeper Andrézinho Dracena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Matutina's Andrézinho Dracena threw himself towards the right post 32 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Natanael de Sousa, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Matutina's Pedro Luiz Lopez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ian Linares in the 33rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Matutina's Thiago Trancoso slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Andrézinho Dracena. That made the score 1-0 after 35 minutes of play. Natanael de Sousa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Andrézinho Dracena came out and tried to block the shot, but Natanael de Sousa slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 40th minute. In the 44th minute, Natanael de Sousa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Natanael de Sousa to strike the kick off in the second half. When Matutina's Natanael de Sousa in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dinei das Neves in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andrézinho Dracena saved SKINAS M.V. from getting behind. When Matutina's Natanael de Sousa in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SKINAS M.V.'s goalie prevented a goal. Andrézinho Dracena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dinei das Neves, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Raphael Proença managed to get in a good position for a shot. SKINAS M.V.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Raphael Proença was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Luiz Lopez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Natanael de Sousa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dinei das Neves blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andrézinho Dracena having to make a save. 76 minutes into the game, Raphael Proença was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SKINAS M.V.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Matutina the free kick. After a rather tough play, SKINAS M.V.'s Raphael Proença got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 78th minute, Claudinho de Azevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Natanael de Sousa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Andrézinho Dracena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Dinei das Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Natanael de Sousa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andrézinho Dracena was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. 84 minutes into the game, Frédson Abreu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SKINAS M.V.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Matutina the free kick. The supporters of SKINAS M.V. booed when Matutina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Eduardo Seco didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the Matutina players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
