The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Waldemar Brodel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aírton Botelho got free with Erik Seco in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 54th minute Waldemar Brodel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Allan Gaspar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A long shot from Eliseo Fe in the 56th minute of play was well struck, but Erik Seco made a really good save at the right post. When the match was over Taderinha could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Jaraaua throughout the match.
