Spectators: 6660 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 0) Lucas Arósio started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucas Arósio in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tiago Cruz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Goianapolis getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Nilton Paraíba hit a great ball. Coqueiros's Lucas Arósio got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Arósio in the 8th minute of play forced Goianapolis's goalkeeper Tiago Cruz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Oscar Madureira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Giovanni Vieira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Goianapolis's Tiago Cruz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Madureira in the 17th minute of play. Oscar Madureira struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Tiago Cruz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Coqueiros. In the 20th minute, Délio de Lima hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Coqueiros's Lucas Arósio in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Goianapolis's goalie prevented a goal. In the 26th minute, Lucas Arósio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Goianapolis's Giovanni Vieira came free and shot a quick shot against goal 28 minutes in the game, fortunately Giuseppe Braga had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Giuseppe Braga made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Giovanni Vieira sent off a good shot on target. Coqueiros's Giuseppe Braga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Coqueiros from getting a goal against them. Oscar Madureira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oscar Madureira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiago Cruz having to interfere. Giuseppe Braga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giovanni Vieira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Giovanni Vieira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Giuseppe Braga made a huge save.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lenílson Schmidt to make the kick off. After 52 played minutes Coqueiros got a freekick which was hit by Frederico Breckenfeld. Giuseppe Braga didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paulo Renato Domingues went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Giuseppe Braga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lenílson Schmidt in the 57th minute of the match. Giovanni Vieira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giuseppe Braga having to interfere. Luiz Guilherme de Andrade hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Paulo Renato Domingues, 61 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Giuseppe Braga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lenílson Schmidt in the 63rd minute of play. After 64 minutes, Cristiano de Barros mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Coqueiros and the Goianapolis players grew even worse after the yellow card. Giuseppe Braga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giovanni Vieira, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. When Lenílson Schmidt fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Goianapolis's protests and gave Lenílson Schmidt a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Goianapolis's Lenílson Schmidt got a free kick in the 69th minute. Lucas Arósio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Tiago Cruz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Coqueiros's Hortêncio Toledo got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Paulo Renato Domingues took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 73rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Giuseppe Braga. Coqueiros's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 78th minute, Lenílson Schmidt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Giovanni Vieira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oscar Madureira's late challenge caught a Goianapolis's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oscar Madureira helped the player get up and apologised. After 84 played minutes Coqueiros got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Madureira. Goianapolis's Tiago Cruz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Goianapolis from getting a goal against them. Giovanni Vieira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 98th minute, Giovanni Vieira made a precise shot to the right of Giuseppe Braga. Coqueiros's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0.
