In the 79th minute, Sílvio Trigo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 91 played minutes S C Gramado got a freekick which was hit by Zinedine Adler. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gernando Severo in the 93rd minute of play forced S C Gramado's goalkeeper Juninho Galvão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded S C Gramado left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Douglas Corinthius EC.
