With his leg Zé Carlos Valadares managed to avoid a goal in the 16thth minute, when Floresta de Nottinghan's Lucas de Alcântara fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Zé Carlos Valadares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Baltazar Ceresso in the 17th minute. A hard shot 20 in the game by Lucas de Alcântara from a close distance when the talented Zé Carlos Valadares managed to make a qualified save. Muleque de Vila's players were relieved. Zé Carlos Valadares stood somewhat misplaced when Lucas de Alcântara came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 24 minute. Natanael Marinho's late challenge caught a Floresta de Nottinghan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Natanael Marinho helped the player get up and apologised. Natanael Marinho hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Zé Carlos Valadares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas de Alcântara in the 28th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Muleque de Vila's Elivélton Linhares got a free kick in the 30th minute. Gino Prestes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Zé Carlos Valadares made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Teodoro Fiz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Floresta de Nottinghan's supporters rose to their feet, but Teodoro Fiz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zé Carlos Valadares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Baltazar Ceresso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Lucas de Alcântara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Floresta de Nottinghan's Baltazar Ceresso slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Zé Carlos Valadares. That made the score 2-0 after 42 minutes of play. Zé Carlos Valadares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas de Alcântara in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Wilton Trigo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Dudu Souto made a huge save. Sandrinho Rocha charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sandrinho Rocha the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sandrinho Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 55thth minute of the game Lucas de Alcântara who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Muleque de Vila's Zé Carlos Valadares was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zé Carlos Valadares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baltazar Ceresso in the 56th minute of the match. Baltazar Ceresso scored 3-0 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zé Carlos Valadares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 60th minute Baltazar Ceresso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Carlos Valadares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dudu Souto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wilton Trigo in the 66th minute. Lucas de Alcântara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Zé Carlos Valadares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 74 minutes into the match, Baltazar Ceresso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zé Carlos Valadares. Muleque de Vila's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Baltazar Ceresso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Floresta de Nottinghan's Baltazar Ceresso got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Muleque de Vila defense, Lucas de Alcântara kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zé Carlos Valadares. The Muleque de Vila fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zé Carlos Valadares should have stopped the shot. Baltazar Ceresso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Carlos Valadares having to interfere. Zé Carlos Valadares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas de Alcântara, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Muleque de Vila's zone, Baltazar Ceresso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zé Carlos Valadares came out of the goal and Baltazar Ceresso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Muleque de Vila's Sandrinho Rocha got his second yellow card of the match in the 92nd minute. The referee ordered Sandrinho Rocha off the ground. There was no doubt that Floresta de Nottinghan were the better team. Floresta de Nottinghan's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
