After having played for 22 minutes, Ricardo Guimarães managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vitinho Paraíba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Guilherme Freire in the 24th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Patrick de Amorim got free with Túlio Marinho in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Ricardo Guimarães had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. João Adolfo Bezerra's late challenge caught a Desengano's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Desengano reached it. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Patrick de Amorim managed to get in a good position for a shot. Desengano's supporters rose to their feet, but Patrick de Amorim was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Túlio Marinho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Patrick de Amorim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Túlio Marinho having to interfere. If Patrick de Amorim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Ricardo Guimarães made the kick off in the second half. Túlio Marinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Guimarães in the 53rd minute of play. 53 minutes into the game, Desengano's Patrick de Amorim nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Túlio Marinho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 57 minutes into the match, MetalSlug Forever Team's goal looked a bit too open when Patrick de Amorim came free, but Túlio Marinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Túlio Marinho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ricardo Guimarães's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. After some careless play in the MetalSlug Forever Team defense, Patrick de Amorim kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Túlio Marinho. The MetalSlug Forever Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Túlio Marinho should have stopped the shot. Túlio Marinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Guimarães in the 68th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardo Guimarães in the 70th minute of play forced MetalSlug Forever Team's goalkeeper Túlio Marinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, MetalSlug Forever Team's Gustavo Netto got a free kick in the 70th minute. Ricardo Guimarães got in the 71st a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Túlio Marinho handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Patrick de Amorim took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Túlio Marinho. Túlio Marinho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Túlio Marinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrick de Amorim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Túlio Marinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardo Guimarães in the 82nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patrick de Amorim in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Túlio Marinho saved MetalSlug Forever Team from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Ricardo Guimarães managed to get in a good position for a shot. Desengano's supporters rose to their feet, but Ricardo Guimarães was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Desengano walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
