Natã Souza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Túlio Marinho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Arí Britto fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Internazionale!'s protests and gave Arí Britto a yellow card for diving instead. In the 13th match minute, FC Internazionale! was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arí Britto to maneuver through the defense. Natã Souza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Túlio Marinho having to interfere. Túlio Marinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cacá Pitta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cacá Pitta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristian Souto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magno Teixeira having to interfere. Cristian Souto struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Magno Teixeira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MetalSlug Forever Team. If Pedro Luís Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th minute, Cacá Gerber hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cacá Pitta made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Natã Souza got free with Túlio Marinho in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Thiago Moreno fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MetalSlug Forever Team's protests and gave Thiago Moreno a yellow card for diving instead. After 62 played minutes MetalSlug Forever Team got a freekick which was hit by Thiago Moreno. Túlio Marinho acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 63rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Dedê de Lima. In the 65th minute, Cacá Pitta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pedro Luís Santos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Magno Teixeira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Luís Santos couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pedro Luís Santos in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Magno Teixeira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pedro Luís Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Túlio Marinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cacá Pitta, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Natã Souza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Túlio Marinho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cacá Pitta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Túlio Marinho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
