Real Alviverde's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ademar Ribeiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tales Mendes in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnaldo Pereira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Bode SC's João Carlos Albuquerque got a free kick in the 15th minute. Jardel Terra made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Fabiano Trevisan sent off a good shot on target. Tales Mendes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Pereira having to interfere. 21 minutes into the game, Válter Pontes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Arnaldo Pereira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tales Mendes in the 27th minute of play forced Real Alviverde's goalkeeper Arnaldo Pereira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute, Real Alviverde's Gugu Bertassi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jardel Terra. Jardel Terra yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Luan Carneiro hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. 35 minutes into the match, Fabiano Trevisan notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Bode SC's Jardel Terra. Jardel Terra was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Real Alviverde's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dênis Paraibano in the 41st minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gugu Bertassi to strike the kick off in the second half. Remo Pimenta kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Arnaldo Pereira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luís Fernando de Lima in the 57th minute. Luís Fernando de Lima could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Arnaldo Pereira made a huge save. Luís Fernando de Lima received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. The referee ignored Bode SC's protests and gave Remo Pimenta a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Real Alviverde booed when Bode SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remo Pimenta didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 79 minutes, Tales Mendes made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Real Alviverde's Arnaldo Pereira tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tales Mendes struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Arnaldo Pereira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bode SC. Luís Fernando de Lima recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Matheus Vidal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Real Alviverde were victorious despite being under pressure from Bode SC for much of the match.
