Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Oimerguez FC's Waldir Lira started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute José Pedro Veiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Telmo Dias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valralla.F.C's Wanderson Damião played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Paulo Leite in the 4th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Oimerguez FC's zone, Carlos Fernando Prata stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Telmo Dias came out of the goal and Carlos Fernando Prata tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Telmo Dias didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arí Carioca went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 12th minute, Oimerguez FC's Waldir Lira dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. In the 16th minute, Carlos Fernando Prata ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Telmo Dias was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After having played for 21 minutes, José Pedro Veiga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valralla.F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but José Pedro Veiga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Fernando Prata in the 22nd minute of play forced Oimerguez FC's goalkeeper Telmo Dias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Délio Saraiva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Telmo Dias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. José Pedro Veiga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Telmo Dias having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Fernando Prata in the 27th minute of play forced Oimerguez FC's goalkeeper Telmo Dias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wanderson Damião made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Antônio Melo sent off a good shot on target. In the 30th minute, Délio Saraiva left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Valralla.F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Délio Saraiva took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Telmo Dias. Telmo Dias dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Telmo Dias didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from José Pedro Veiga went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. Valralla.F.C's Wanderson Damião proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Valralla.F.C from getting a goal against them. The Oimerguez FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Valralla.F.C were winning 1-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Délio Saraiva to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tadeu Marinho during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Valralla.F.C booed when Oimerguez FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tadeu Marinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antônio Melo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wanderson Damião having to interfere. Carlos Fernando Pratas short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Telmo Dias to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 61st minute, Valralla.F.C's José Pedro Veiga dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-7. José Pedro Veiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 67 played minutes Valralla.F.C got a freekick which was hit by Délio Saraiva. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Oimerguez FC's goalkeeper Telmo Dias, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Carlos Fernando Prata could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Telmo Dias made a huge save. In the 73rd minute, Antônio Melo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wanderson Damião was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-7. In the 77th minute, Carlos Fernando Prata made a precise shot to the right of Telmo Dias. Oimerguez FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-8. With a little luck, Oimerguez FC's Telmo Dias got control of the ball when José Pedro Veiga tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Patrick Marquez fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Valralla.F.C's protests and gave Patrick Marquez a yellow card for diving instead. Patrick Marquez kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 85th minute, Carlos Fernando Prata got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 87 minutes, José Pedro Veiga made it 2-9 with a short kick to the right side. Oimerguez FC's Telmo Dias tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 90 minutes into the match, Oimerguez FC's goal looked a bit too open when Elder Fernandez came free, but Telmo Dias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match was over Valralla.F.C could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Oimerguez FC throughout the match.
