Noel Maranhense started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Lokomotiv Football Art getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Sílvio Luís Valadares hit a great ball. José Carlos Alcântara took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zézinho Marquez. Zézinho Marquez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Lokomotiv Football Art's zone, Adilson Pena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zézinho Marquez came out of the goal and Adilson Pena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 9th match minute, Lokomotiv Football Art was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Eduardo Faria to maneuver through the defense. Rony Perez kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Flávio Vaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Noel Maranhense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Duarte de Brito hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the match, Augusto Soeiro notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Fenerbatman's Flávio Vaz. Flávio Vaz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Flávio Vaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cesinha Garcia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Noel Maranhense in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Flávio Vaz saved Fenerbatman from getting behind. Rony Perez kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 28th minute Luiz Paulo Quadros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flávio Vaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Fenerbatman's goal looked a bit too open when Noel Maranhense came free, but Flávio Vaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 30 minutes, Luiz Fábio Quintal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fenerbatman's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luiz Fábio Quintal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luiz Paulo Quadros's late challenge caught a Fenerbatman's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luiz Paulo Quadros helped the player get up and apologised. Luiz Paulo Quadros hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Flávio Vaz came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Lokomotiv Football Art's Noel Maranhense. But to his dismay, Noel Maranhense quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 40th minute, Lokomotiv Football Art's Nildo Cabral seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Nildo Cabral the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Lokomotiv Football Art protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Nildo Cabral had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 40th minute, one of Lokomotiv Football Art:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Lokomotiv Football Art. After 46 played minutes Lokomotiv Football Art got a freekick which was hit by Duarte de Brito.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for José Carlos Alcântara to strike the kick off in the second half. When Luiz Fábio Quintal came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Fenerbatman fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luiz Fábio Quintal couldn't finish the play. Zézinho Marquez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luiz Fábio Quintal's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. In the 58thth minute of the game Lucas Aguiar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lokomotiv Football Art's Zézinho Marquez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With an all-out effort, Lokomotiv Football Art's Flávio Vaz threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Duarte de Brito, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Lucas Aguiar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zézinho Marquez having to interfere. Zézinho Marquez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Fábio Quintal in the 64th minute of the match. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lokomotiv Football Art's goalkeeper Zézinho Marquez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Gilvan da Silva fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fenerbatman's protests and gave Gilvan da Silva a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Fenerbatman getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Gilvan da Silva hit a great ball. 76 minutes into the game, Adilson Pena was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fenerbatman's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lokomotiv Football Art the free kick. A collision led to Fenerbatman getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Adilson Pena hit a great ball. After 83 minutes of play, Fenerbatman's Luiz Fábio Quintal made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zézinho Marquez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lokomotiv Football Art's Zézinho Marquez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Carlos Alcântara in the 86th minute of play. Lucas Aguiar struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Zézinho Marquez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fenerbatman. Zézinho Marquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Fábio Quintal, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling José Carlos Alcântara in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zézinho Marquez prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
